It was a record year at this year’s Tuscarora Lake Ice Fishing Derby which took place on Saturday, February 22nd. Although we had to push the derby to our rain date , the weather cooperated, and we had a beautiful day for all to enjoy the ice fishing derby.
We had the largest attendance year with over 235 registered to fish (adult & youth). There were many different species caught including Walleye, Perch , and Pickerel. With the record number of registrants and supporters , we also had a record revenue year. This year’s derby raised over $11,000 which will go directly to the Fish Stocking Fund. Adult
